MEET MAT STEINLIN

Mat, a Swiss-born dual citizen (US/Swiss), was raised in the beautiful mountains of Switzerland. He is proud of his three incredible children from his first marriage and is raising an intelligent ten-year-old with his wife, Morgan.

His adventurous spirit and his relentless desire to make things happen against all odds are key drivers for him.  Mat completed the World's Toughest Row Pacific as part of Team Ohana, the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2021 as part of Row 4 Hope, and a Double Spartan Trifecta.

Mat's meticulous attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of all boat systems will be an invaluable asset for Owen's row.  In more blunt terms, Mat might just be as  anal as Owen when it comes to boat & logistic preparedness.  Two peas in a pod.
